Refund & Returns Policy

At TireCoverPrint, all of our spare tire covers are custom-made to order based on the size, design, and options selected by the customer at checkout. Because each product is manufactured specifically for your order, we kindly ask customers to carefully review all product options before completing their purchase.


Custom-Made Products – Important Notice

Our products are produced individually for each customer and cannot be restocked or resold once manufacturing has begun. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following situations:

  • Incorrect tire size selected by the customer
  • Incorrect backup camera option selected
  • Change of mind after the order has been placed
  • Personal preference regarding design, color, or style

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will gladly offer a refund or replacement if the issue is caused by us. Eligible cases include:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item received (not matching the order)
  • Wrong size sent due to our error

To qualify for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.


How to Request Support

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include the following information when contacting us:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A photo of the shipping label and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.


Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available in cases where:

  • The product is defective, or
  • The incorrect item was sent by our team.

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size selections made by the customer.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started. Once an order enters the manufacturing stage, it can no longer be canceled or modified.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving customer concerns fairly and professionally. All orders are documented with:

  • Order details
  • Selected product options
  • Production records
  • Shipping and tracking information

These records are maintained in accordance with seller protection policies.
