Counter-Notification
If you believe that content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
Repeat Infringers
TireCoverPrint reserves the right to terminate access or accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
